and life experiences of Jack Nichols. He worked his way through
college as a manual laborer in a variety of jobs. He served
five years on active duty in the U.S. Army as an infantry officer
and an aviator. He has lived in four other states and Germany.

Jack Nichols likes people and

from the many leadership positions he has held. He was a major
in the Army which awarded him the Army Commendation Medal and
Senior Army Aviator Wings. He was chairman of the Maitland Arts
Festival and president of the Maitland Rotary Club which appointed
him a Paul Harris Fellow. He was president of the Winter Park
Jaycees, which bestowed its Distinguished Service Award upon
him. And while attending law school at the University of Florida,
he became a member of the prestigious leadership fraternity,
Florida Blue Key, and served as president of the Law School
student body.
